Manna’s Community Christmas Lunch

To the people of Stewarton and the surrounding area, I am so very happy with the way things turned out for our Community Christmas Lunch, the kindness from you all has been quite literally overwhelming! The gifts, the money handed in from you such generosity has blown me away. We raised in the region of £500 which will go between two charities (Broken Chains & Salvation Army).

Thank you to all who turned up to help, I had so much support from the community it is hard to name everyone personally, so I don’t want to leave anyone out ~ but you all know who you are. The response from everyone has been fantastic and made the day even more special, I also want to mention my wonderful colleagues who helped on the day, Christine Erskine and Mhairi Steele an amazing duo. A special thanks to the Lovely owners of the Coffee Pot, who took time out of their holiday to supply and cook food on the day, a huge big THANK YOU. Other local businesses who donated to this day with great kindness were Wm Allan’s Butcher, The Chip box, Sainsbury’s, Millikan and Co, Angela Fisk, The Larder, Kelly Bronze, Rootz and Dunlop Newsagents. I don’t know everyone’s name so forgive me for not naming you all but everyone who took time to put this day together please accept my heartfelt THANKS.

Photos courtesy of my most beautiful colleague Mhairi Steele, she is such a beautiful young lady inside and out. I’m so proud of her and so glad to have her on my team.

If I have left anyone out, please forgive me, everyone who took time to put this day together please accept my heartfelt THANKS. Norma Irvine.
