The Review caught up with Nick Vandal regarding Mr Universe after a strict training regime, diet and a fantastic personal achievement!image

I’ve been training 23 years, most of that in Porky’s gym in Stewarton until it closed last year. I train with weights 4 times a week and when dieting for a contest I also do two 45 minutes cardio sessions per day as well as the weights. My first cardio session starts at 04:30am then the second at 19:30pm or straight after training, on days when I train with weights.
