Stewarton Annick Football Club

“Stewarton Annick Football Club is a voluntary Sports Club that provides children and young people with access to football coaching, skills development and competitive matches. In January this year, the 2011 section (players born after 1 January 2011), held our first training sessions (and many since) at the Annick Centre, Standalane. The 2011s regularly compete in 4v4 matches against local clubs at the Greenwood Academy Sports grounds. Training and matches both take place on Sunday mornings and last for approximately 1 hour at a cost of £2 per session. The 2011s have approximately 40 players that have attended during the short time that we have been running and the section is open to boys and girls of all abilities. The aim of our section is to develop the player’s skills in a fun environment whilst building their understanding of the game as they grow and enter into competitions like their peers in the older sections within the club. Anyone who is interested to join up with the 2011s or any of the other SAFC age group teams can contact Iain Nelson (2011s Secretary) via Facebook (@Stewarton Annick 2011s) or email ([email protected]).”
